Abstract
|
Topic of this paper is an analysis of market for artistic works applied in the case of creative paintings. In the most of the paper we give survey of modern microeconomic analysis relevant for the art. In the part of article that treats behavior of artists and supply function of art we, however, have made an effort to give original contribution to the understanding of the problem. In the first part of article, which treat demand for art, we, first, apply clasical model of consumer behavior on the case of artistic works; than we explore influence of human capital on demand for art; and
finaly stress a fact that artistic work is followed with huge ammount of externalities. In the second part, which deals with analysis of production and supply of artistic works, special attention is devoted to behavior of artists which is characterized with almost total preference to creative work once basic needs are sutisfied. In this part of work we also
analyse equilibrium at market for artistic works as well as welfare effects of different subvention for art. Different market structures that might describe markets for artistic works are also analysed in this part of paper. Finaly in last, third part of article we emphasisse a fact that artistic works can be and should be regarded as investment. Accordingly, we present basics of inestment analysis for this sort of asset.

Abstract
|
Incubators of knowledge, entrepreneurial incubators or business incubators are different names and approaches to the same process, improving the entrepreneurial spirit in the company or certain social environment. Entrepreneurial concept involves the creation of ideas that can commercialize the product or service to be profitable in the market. The article is introducing a special approach by linking university experts and their problem solving abilities with company in the need for their help. This article presents a case study of successful intervention of the "embedded" management team of experts as members of academic or scientific incubator in the company. After incubation period, presented in phases, the company became an independent enterprise, empowered, profitable and viable. We consider that this example could be one of the applicable models for the introduction of the concept of
entrepreneurship into our weakened companies.

Abstract
|
A conceptual approach to the governance choice at the micro-level, relevant to the specific type of knowledge, is presented. It is based on the idea that the more basic is the type of knowledge the less available it is for the consumer and hence the less are opportunities for its transfer by the market mechanism. Each type of knowledge requires its adequate governance. The more this accordance, the less is the friction for knowledge creation and sharing mechanism operation, hence the less is the transaction cost, minimizing of which can be served as one of the possible criteria for choosing adequate governance.

Abstract
|
Knowledge application is the final step in the knowledge management (KM) cycle when the knowledge that has been captured, coded, shared, and otherwise made available is put to actual use. If this step is not accomplished success fully, all of the KM efforts will have been in vain, for KM can succeed only if the knowledge is used. However, it now becomes imperative to understand which knowledge is of use to which set of people and how best to make it available to them so that they not
only understand how to use it but believe that using this knowledge will lead to an improvement in their work. This paper will try to contribute theoretical understanding how to improve knowledge application in a enterprise.

Abstract
|
Bullying, a specific form of behavior at workplace is characterized by a systematic psychological terror and abuse, verbal and non-verbal, hostile, and non-ethical communication one or more coworkers with their colleagues. Bullying includes giving humiliating jobs to the staff, slandering, constant control and critics by management and colleagues, exposing to a stress of various psychic and psychosomatic
disturbances (they cannot get sick leave, and they are sexually disturbed), attacks to religious and national minority affiliation.
Negative influence of bullying is double. On the one side, it causes mental, psychosomatic and social sufferings of victims. On the other side, the employed lose motives to work, productivity and efficiency decrease. Bullying is a very difficult problem in organizations in Serbia and the loss of job is the first fear in the list of all fears, therefore the employed are often too afraid to inform on disturbing them.

Abstract
|
The functioning of a port and shipping system must be perfect in order to provide a competitive advantage and stable position in maritime market. The importance of logistics in business success of port and shipping organizations in contemporary conditions has become crucial. Due to that fact, more and more efforts are put in the designing of integral logistics systems. Thanks to a complex, systemic and networking approach, logistics today is improving the speed and efficiency of operations and significantly influences cost reduction and therewith fulfills one of the basic strategic functions, anticipating necessary key competences of the firm. It is a resource framework for the overcoming of strategic limitations and a method for the enhancement of the competitive
position and all marketing and management functions. In addition to that, the integration of partners requires, by rule, a consistent restructuring of the total chain dedicated to the creation of added value, i.e. reengineering of logistics and production business processes. Flexible and small structural units are created, cooperating among each other in a decentralized manner, retaining their key competences and strategic significance for the integral network dominated by a single leading firm as a center of the system, i.e. focus of the supply chain. The paper analyzes the formation of new logistics and marketing paradigm of the beginning of the new century and millennium, anticipating the overcoming of the traditional 3PL three-party logistics concept and formation of contemporary 4PL concept.

Abstract
|
The turbulent development of science and technology has lead to major changes in all spheres of man's existence, As such, it has resulted in the necessity of applying multidisciplinary approach to solving problems encountered by both individuals and corporations. Industry convergence, technological complexity, solution selling, and the globalization of consumers are increasing the importance and dispersion of relevant new knowledge. Winning in the global knowledge economy is not about choosing between innovation and operating efficiency, or between exploitation and entrepreneurship. It is about winning a global tournament by identification and access new technologies and market trends ahead of the competition, by transformation of knowledge into innovative products and services, and by exploiting these innovations
in markets around the world. The issue of design, i.e. defining and styling products and services, as well and their construction and general formation, has, for a long time, been the exclusive task of technologists and engineers. The changes in the living and business conditions have increasingly been introducing the product design issue into the area of marketing. The only way for companies to achieve their goals of survival and market growth is to design such products and services which meet the strict preferences and demands of consumers in new knowledge economy, which also contributes to the improved quality of life.
