Abstract
|
study examines the changes of the Central Eastern European region first in the context of world history. It confirms by comparative historical analyses that the transformation was indeed unique. This has been the only total transformation that took place peacefully, without violence, and at the same time astonishingly fast, in the main direction of the economic and the political changes of Western civilization. From that
perspective it is an exceptional success story. However, from the perspective of everyday life, the result is different. Deep economic troubles are experienced by a considerable portion of the population. The perception of losses is intensified by various cognitive problems. Based on the experience of today's generation, evaluating the change as an unequivocal success would be unwarranted. Both approaches are justified: it would be wrong to blend the two and to weigh them by the same scale.

Abstract
|
Last decades amaze with surprising changes in scientific and technical
sphere. If you put beside a political card of the world of the beginning of the last century, and the card reflecting borders before the second world war, and then after it; and, at last, a modern card of frontiers can seem that is a question of the various worlds. The reasons constant перекраивания a political card of the world are various. Liquidation of Soviet Union was welcomed and stimulated with the West to build on
the postSoviet space new democratic communities. In it the proclaimed sense of present repartition of the world. But here there is a new ball of contradictions: how it is possible to spread democracy not democratic methods? New repartition of the world was transformed to deep political crisis of the world community.

Abstract
|
The work talks about significance of a real institutionalization for some postsocialist countries in which its imitations had been reproduced, due to which pseudo-institutes had destructive effect on valorization of business resources. By explaining causes and consequences of many restraints and delusions of institutionalization, one is trying to prove a) that institutionalization cannot be developed on its own contrasts and b) that experience of post-socialist economies shows that economic freedoms and democracy are commonly needed, but not a sufficient condition for establishment of effective economic institutes, which could be developed only in conditions of the dominance of effective private
owners as mass appearance. Starting from the logical presumption that people do not have anything against becoming owners of private property and economically free, the author is looking for causes of slow institutionalization, including institutional adaptation, in the fact that variety of social pathology reached the climax just in the period of transition. In this sense, words of Gerard F. Cavanagh seem alarming that none human institute cannot exist for long without a stable consent on what is ethically correct, and what is wrong.

Abstract
|
In this paper an effort has been made to unveil some hidden and implicit assumptions that has been used in different models dealing with analysis and measurement of contribution of human capital to economic growth. We start from general production function with heterogeneous labor input and general production function with heterogeneous human and physical capital. By introducing different assumptions regarding partial elasticity of substitution between different factors of production we derived different models for human capital contribution. Apart from making hidden assumptions of existing models explicit, we also derived dozen of others models that can be used for same purposes. Among those newly proposed models especially important are those that are
derived from general production function with heter ogeneous human capital and that are based on assumption of unlimited partial elasticity of substitution between different kinds of human capital. First, they allow for more detailed sources of growth analysis. Second, they do not have any problem with wage premium increase experienced in last three decade, which make problematic usage of most of other models used so far.

Abstract
|
This scientific work explains basic tendencies of contemporary Western
economic thought by using analysis of inaugural lectures of the Nobel Prizewinners in Economics. Their number and input from the aspect of national and theoretic affiliation (to a certain economic course) are being analyzed. Domination of the American economic theoreticians, change in topic (role of a man in economy) and methodology of research (recognition of non-economic factors in economy), as well as significance of applying mathematics are being emphasized. Influence
of certain economic courses on contemporary economic theory of the West is being compared.

Abstract
|
Today, information technologies are increasing in speed, power, and sophistication, and they now can link together a vast array of devices into a network that spans the globe. They offer new ways of learning, working, and playing, as well as conducting global business. Some contend that these changes are revolutionary and will change the world; others argue that the changes are evolutionary. In this paper I take the view that these changes are neither revolutionary nor evolutionary but driving force of new economy. It is reasonable to research phenomena which have created a new world emerging, new economy through technological innovation, enhance economic performance and link the world at the global level. This paper is devoted relationships between information technologies, changes and its influence on society and economy. The adequate paradigm which is the most suited to a new economy is analised.

Abstract
|
Marketers' success in influencing purchase behaviour depends in large part on how well they understand consumer behaviour. They need to understand how consumers gather information regarding various alternatives and use this information to select among competing brands. Knowledge of how consumers acquire and use information from external sources is important to marketers in formulating communication strategies. The main point of this paper is to show results of the survey regarding consumer purchase behaviour when they buy commodities that they use almost every day and that have a low value. As a model we used 1100 examinees from nine montenegrin towns, from all three regions. At the same time, the aim was to show positioning of montenegrin products and consumers' attitude toward them.

Abstract
|
The process of globalization is taking place in the conditions of constant
technical growth, in which digital component of global competition favors efficient production and advantages. The spectrum of global competition spreads fast through different modalities. In the past, the especially evident one was virtualization of network structures (legal an illegal), that functions under the power of economic and non-economic methods. The aim of the work is to illustrate the importance of cluster phenomena, cluster way of functioning, and presumption of their existence.
