Abstract
|
Relations between governors and economic units have always attracted attention of economists, politicians, sociologists… This article reviews most prominent approaches to this problem developed by economists in the past centuries. Their variety is shown according to an increasing complexity of approaches. As the system of economic knowledge penetrated deeper and deeper into the issue, views changed from
simple Adam Smith's viewpoint according to which interests of entrepreneurs and the state were very close, to ones introducing more details and more players into the analysis, like the Marxian class approach, Coase's agents approach and modern Game Theory based auction approaches. The final part of the article develops the concept of "balance of powers" between the private and the public sectors in order to minimize costs of economic regulation which can be achieved through considering certain characteristics of every state and people.

Abstract

Banks are'risk mashines': they take risks, they transform them, and they embed them in banking products and services. The risk environment has changed drastically. Banking failures have been numerous in the past. Banks try to minimize their losses by managing risks with risk measurements for supporting decisions in the process we discussed above. Curent risks are tomororow's potentional losses. Risk measurement is a conceptual and practical challenge, which probably explains why risk management suffered from a lack of credible measures. This article is atempt indetifay key risks and analyzing mesures for reduce exposure bad influence as more as possibile.

Abstract
|
Open social conflicts are not frequent in countries in transition. This is surprising given the scale of the redistribution of resources and the increase in inequality. It is argued here that this is the consequence of the dominance of allocative over the distributive justice in post-socialist transitions. In the future and especially due to the integration with the European Union it can be expected that issues of social, distributive,
justice will become more prominent.

Abstract

In this paper we analyse models of general economic equilibrium that
are based on already defined mathematical relations of Arrow-Debreu model of general equilibrium that try to make that model more realistic. In other words, we will give review of two models in which basic Arrow-Debreu model of general equilibrium is extended in way to include time and uncertainty dimensions as a possible natural state of economic system.

Abstract
|
In this article an attempt has been made to give comparative analysis of old and new theory of economic growth. The field of economic growth has became again very dynamic and very interesting after appearance of seminal Romer's 1986 and Lucas's 1988 articles, which initiated so called new theory of economic growth, sometime termed as theory of endogenous technological progress. This new theory, in some very important issues, stands in a sharp contrast with the old neoclassical version of theory of economic growth, which similarly can be termed as the theory of exogenous technological progress Apart from the introduction and the concluding section, core of the article is presented in four sections. In first of them exposition of old version of neoclassical growth theory is given. In the following 3 sections survey of new theory is
given. Version that eliminates assumption of diminishing returns to capital is discussed first. Than, version that uses human capital as engine of growth is presented. After that, models that use R&D as engine of growth is discussed. Models with spillovers from international trade are also shortly presented.

Abstract
|
The new system-integrated theory of the enterprise is developed in the paper. The enterprise is considering as the multipurpose system, integrating mental, cultural, institutional, knowledge, technological and behavioral processes and subsystems. So we can study the enterprise as the whole commodity producer, and as the processor on each of the specified kinds of activity. The special role of system events as important input and output of the enterprise is discovered. All this enables to unit results of known variants of the theory of firm and to offer new explanations seeming paradoxical reactions of firm to external changes.
